Short Term (2 - 4 week) Software Consulting Project
We're looking for a self driven consultant who is available immediately to work both on-site and remotely to enhance an important application built with a variety of Windows and Web technologies.

Job Description:
Working independently under the guidance of product management, complete a series of quick iterations to improve an application based on a prioritized set of features. Requirements will be modified and re-prioritized after each iteration. Re-create a Visual Studio 2008 build environment that uses Boost libraries, and check all code into subversion. Update the Windows GUI to improve the user experience and align with Virtual Computer's look and feel. Modify internals to improve WMI data gathering and produce an XML result file. Update a PHP/MySQL backend to post process the XML file and report results to the Windows GUI. Update build and design documentation to enable maintenance and enhancements by others.
