John GlendenningWith more than 18 years in the software and hardware IT industry, John has established and led sales and marketing operations in all regions of the world. He believes strongly in the partner/channel go-to-market model and brings extensive experience in establishing and growing field operations spanning small- and mid-sized businesses to the largest enterprises.

John joins Virtual Computer most recently from Citrix Systems where he led worldwide OEM sales following Citrix’s acquisition of XenSource where he spearheaded worldwide and international sales. As one of Citrix’s first international field hires and a sales leader in Europe and North America, John helped establish the early success of the desktop virtualization market.

John began his career within the VAR channel, followed by financial services enterprise sales at Compaq UK and leadership roles at Platform Computing and Hal Knowledge Solutions in the HPC/Grid and mid-range/mainframe middleware markets.
