Deleting a Local User
The Administrator can delete a user through NxTop Center. Deleting a user also
- removes the user account, any user-level NxTop, policy, or virtualized application assignments
- unregisters the computer registered to that user
The user's backups are not deleted, but are no longer tracked in NxTop Center.
A user imported from Active Directory can be deleted, but that user's account will be re-created as a new user when an information update is imported from Active Directory. A user that is imported from Active Directory can be removed from NxTop Center.
To delete a user:
Step One
Open Groups and Users > Users on the navigation panel.
Step Two
Select the User to delete.
Step Three
Click the Delete action.
Step Four
A confirm delete pop-up appears. Click Yes on the pop-up.
The selected user is deleted.
