Repair Domain Trust

It is possible that a user's virtual machine (VM) may lose its connection to a domain for one of the following reasons:

  • Credentials may expire
  • Conflict between computers using the same name
  • Error due to improperly adding the credentials

In such a case, use the Repair Domain Trust action to associate the user's VM into the domain.

To repair domain trust for a user VM:

Steps

1. Click User > username in the navigation panel, and select the user's VM to correct.
2. Click the Repair Domain Trust action.

A confirmation pop-up appears.

3. Click Yes in the Confirmation pop-up.

When the user's computer contacts NxTop Center, an updated set of domain credentials are sent to the VM.
